1. Delivery area

We ship to mainland France only. The French overseas territories and any destination outside mainland France are not served. An order placed to an address outside this area cannot be shipped and will be refunded.

2. Delivery times

• Preparation: 1 to 3 working days
• Transit: 6 to 10 working days
• Total delivery time: 7 to 13 working days

Times are given in working days: they exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. They run from payment confirmation, not from the date of the order.

Free delivery.

4. Order tracking

Any order confirmed before 3pm (Paris time), Monday to Friday, is processed and prepared the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next working day.

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to become active with the carrier: this is normal and does not mean the parcel hasn't been collected.

5. Delivery address

It is the customer's responsibility to check that their address is correct before confirming the order. An incomplete or incorrect address may cause a delay or the return of the parcel to the sender. Once the order is confirmed, the address can only be changed if the parcel has not yet been dispatched: write to us as soon as possible at contact@maisonphilidor.fr.

6. Unclaimed or returned parcel

A parcel not collected from a pick-up point within the allotted time, or returned because of an incorrect address, is sent back to us. We will then contact you to arrange a new shipment; reshipping costs are borne by the customer.

7. Damaged or lost parcel

If the parcel arrives damaged, note your reservations with the carrier on delivery and contact us within 72 hours with photos. If the carrier declares the parcel lost, we will replace or refund it.

8. Delays beyond our control

Busy periods, bad weather, strikes or any case of force majeure may lengthen transit times. We will inform you by email if a significant delay occurs.
