What people really write to us about

You don't need an official reason. Here are the three requests we get most, and what we do about them.

1 “What size for my table?”

The width of the table and the player's level: we'll give you the square size and king height, in millimetres, and the model that goes with them.

2 “It's a gift for the 20th”

The date, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable, and with which shipping method. The set leaves with no price, with your note written by hand.

3 “I've lost a pawn”

The name of the set and the colour: we'll turn you a single replacement piece, in the same wood, at the same height. That's often where loyalty begins.
